"S" Class Pressure Transducers: Paine now offers Space Qualified Class ‘S’ / QML-V Electronics. Our hybrids are ELDRS free utilizing MIL-PRF-38535 components, Radiation Hardened to 300 Krad (Si) Total Dose. Immune to Single Event Latchup. Hardened to prevent Single Event Transients (SETs) in excess of 1V for LETs up to 36 MeV/mg/cm2.

All space qualified transducers incorporate full power isolation via DC/DC converter. The input power bus is isolated from the signal to >500 VDC and current limited for ultimate system protection.

Paine Electronics has provided heritage amplified precision pressure transducers for space based applications for over 33 years.

Over 500 pressure transducers have been manufactured and Paine has never received a report of in-flight failure.
