Custom, Precision Pressure Instrumentation: Pressure Transducers, Transmitters & Temperature Probes

From satellites in outer space, oceanographic equipment submerged under miles of sea water to oil well data logging systems thousands of feet below the earth's surface, Paine Electronics custom pressure instrumentation has been utilized to operate flawlessly in the toughest environments.

Low Level Series:

210-65

± 500 to ± 5000 PSID

This transducer is unique because of its small size. The unit has two separate sensing elements to measure the pressure at the input ports. Each sensor has two strain gage legs. These two sensors are connected to provide a fully balanced bridge. This sensing method provides an output directly proportional to the pressure difference at the two ports.

Models are also available which contain two sensing elements whose output ratio is precisely matched to the area ratio of your bi-directional hydraulic actuator. Two cylinder head pressures go in and out comes a signal proportional to actuator force.

  • For applications requiring long term stability at high temperatures (up to 250°F) in corrosive environments.

  • Wide range of pressure options.

  • Small size and rugged design.

  • All welded Stainless Steel construction.
