Customer Service: Paine Electronics is dedicated to providing the highest standards in customer service. Our Customer Service team specializes in sales, product support, and order processing. Assisted by a customized computer system, the sales staff can track information on any unit shipped, with records dating back to the early 1950's. You can expect a quick response to your questions whether you are inquiring about a standard catalog model, a custom design, or an application for a large, complex program.

Paine Electronics Customer Service: In the unlikely event that your product should need to be returned, please ensure that the product is enclosed and packaged properly for safe transit.

 

Recalibrating & Servicing: Routine calibration and servicing can assure accurate and repeatable pressure measurement.

 

Please contact a member of our Customer Service team to review recalibration and servicing options for your products. 

 

RMA's: All units must have an Return Materials Authorization From Link (RMA) number prior to return.  Please contact Paine Electronics to receive your RMA number.

NOTICE:  Please allow 10 working days from the date of receipt for order processing and review by Paine Electronics. 

 

Paine Electronics reserves the right to void the warranty

on any unit that is improperly packaged for shipment and returned.  

  • Paine Electronics is the only authorized service and repair facility.

  • A $95.00 charge will be applied to all RMA's. This amount will be applied to credit, warranty or replacement of parts if a problem is determined and the repair is approved by the customer, otherwise the complete RMA charge will be applied and billed to all returned non-repaired products.

  • Non-authorized repairs will void the warranty

  • All units must have an Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number prior to return.  Please contact Paine Electronics to receive your RMA number.

  • Order placement/authorization may be via telephone, but written confirmation must be received prior to service.  If no written confirmation is received, Paine Electronics will NOT repair the product.

  • Repaired or replaced Products are warranted for six months or the balance of the original warranty, whichever is longer.  All other terms and limitations of the original warranty shall apply to any extended warranty.

  • After receipt of a Product being returned for repair, Paine Electronics shall in its sole discretion determine whether a Product can be repaired.  If a non-repairable Product is still covered under warranty, it will be replaced unless the defect is due to mis-use.  If it is not covered under Warranty, it will not be accepted for return.
